Book Clubs

Bookworks Book Group, second Wednesday of each month at 7 pm. This long-running book club that focuses on thought-provoking new fiction and nonfiction chosen by its members is open to the public. 

Vamos a Leer Book Club, first Monday of each month at 5pm: This group is for educators and community members looking for engaging young adult literature with Latino themes. To see the current title and a list of titles, please visit Vamos a Leer's website.

We are always open to book clubs who need a place to meet, or if you want to start a new book club at the store! Please email events@bkwrks.com or call 505-344-8139 for more information about holding a book club meeting at the store, or starting a book club at Bookworks.
