 Driftless (Paperback)$16.00 Winner of the Milkweed National Fiction Prize, Driftless, came out in paperback in 2009. It's one of the best books I've read in a long time. I got it from a friend and it sat in a stack until Sunday afternoon. I found myself setting aside time so I could read it and finished it last night. Our store book group should read it. The author wrote 3 books in the 70's and was in a motorcycle accident and is paralyzed from the chest down. This is his first book in 30 years. It was worth the wait! |
