Ardie's BBQ alter ego, Remus Powers, PhB, has earned profiles inmany barbecue books, tons of magazines, and more than a few nationalnewspapers. He's graced the Food Network and PBS, appearing in variousdocumentaries on 'cue and great American cuisine. Davisfounded The American Royal International BBQ Sauce, Rub, & Baste Contest inhis backyard in 1984.
