Founder of the One Song Yoga School, Denise Payne teaches yoga and facilitates teacher trainings worldwide. She was the first teacher to combine yin yoga and myofascial release techniques together as one practice. Introduced to yoga at the age of 15 by her mentor Sat Jiwan Singh Khalsa, Denise now has over 35 years of experience on the mat. Denise believes deeply in the transformational qualities of yoga.
