I am the Incubator (Paperback)
I was having a mostly normal pregnancy for the first seven months- normal pregnant worries, normal pregnant concerns. On May 2, 2017, my pregnancy suddenly became very complicated and dangerous. I quickly found myself hospitalized for the next six weeks to give my child the best chance at survival.
Confined to my room, unable to leave and doing my darndest to stay sane, I kept a diary by drawing myself everyday. This book is a compilation of all those drawings and musings done during my time anxiously waiting for the day I'd meet my baby, and hoping we both make it.
