Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, in the same condition in which the item was purchased. Returns with a receipt will be refunded in the original payment type (e.g., cash or credit card). Cash refunds are limited to $100; anything above that amount will be issued in store credit. Returns without a receipt will be issued as store credit. Sale items are not eligible for returns. Items ordered online may be returned in-person at the store or mailed back to the store, but we do not pay for return shipping. If you would like to cancel or get a refund for an online order, please call the store at 505-344-8139 and we can assist you.

Special orders must be picked up within 60 days of arrival in store. Special orders that are not picked up within those 60 days are considered abandoned and refunds will not be issued.
